Navana.ai has unveiled its second-generation multilingual Voice AI model, 'Bodhi', available in over 11 languages. The announcement comes amid the Indian government's intensified focus on AI through the IndiaAI Mission. Founded in 2018 by Raoul Nanavati and Jai Nanavati, Navana.ai aims to empower businesses in creating user-friendly digital interfaces, particularly targeting the next billion users.
Navana.ai's current version of the Automatic Voice Recognition (ASR) software, known for its plug-and-play methodology, simplifies adoption and implementation. The software boasts over 85% accuracy with faster reaction times, offering enhanced customization. With a mission to bridge communication barriers, especially for non-English-speaking internet users, Navana.ai recognizes the growing preference for voice-based interactions, constituting nearly 75% of the population.
Raoul Nanavati, Co-Founder of Navana.ai, highlighted the company's dedication to facilitating online engagement, emphasizing the significance of voice-based interactions. The startup's flagship deployment, the 'Hello Ujjivan' app, developed in collaboration with Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, has achieved notable success, garnering 725,000 downloads in its first year, with 99% of users being women. The app facilitates 50,000 monthly loan repayments and sees 40,000 customers consenting to new loan requests.
Raoul expressed confidence in 'Bodhi' being a valuable addition to Indian Language Models (LLMs), anticipating its crucial role in enabling real-time AI use cases across various industries and channels.
